- Collaborate with the Kering Customer Service team to provide solutions based on established policies and guidelines.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
- Assist with order placement, tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in store operations in collaboration with the Retail Operations Assistant Manager.
- Provide operational support by ordering store supplies, managing uniforms, and maintaining the store database.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including invoice management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with luxury experience considered advantageous.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of retail operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Native proficiency in Japanese and proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Excellent team collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to manage ambiguities.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication with stores and other stakeholders.
A minimum of 5 years in the retail industry, preferably with experience in luxury fashion.
