1. Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports using in-house data systems and Excel.
2. Collaborate with regional teams to optimize stock through internal transfers, diversions, and reorders.
3. Gather regional feedback during bi-weekly calls with local merchandising teams and fulfill their requests to achieve sales targets.
4. Monitor production deliveries and work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely collection delivery.
5. Manage and follow up on daily product shipping and deliveries.
6. Support the compilation of premarket analysis and assist with master order definition, technical specifications preparation, training documentation, order updates, and post-buying recap analysis during Buying Markets.
7. Prepare presentations and documents for cross-functional teams.
8. Support the merchandising team in all daily tasks.

1. Currently enrolled in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent studies, eligible for a 6-month internship.
2. Fluent in English and Italian.
