- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports using in-house data systems and Excel.
- Collaborate with regional teams to optimize stock through internal transfers, diversions, and reorders.
- Gather regional feedback during bi-weekly calls with local merchandising teams and fulfill their requests to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor production deliveries and work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely collection delivery.
- Manage and follow up on daily product shipping and deliveries.
- Support the compilation of premarket analysis and assist with master order definition, technical specifications preparation, training documentation, order updates, and post-buying recap analysis during Buying Markets.
- Prepare presentations and documents for cross-functional teams.
- Support the merchandising team in all daily tasks.
- Currently enrolled in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent studies, eligible for a 6-month internship.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative team player with flexibility and confidence.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Dynamic, proactive, and driven mindset.

No prior experience required, but relevant academic background and skills are essential.
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
