Bottega Veneta Retail Merchandising Intern

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly sales reports using in-house data systems and Excel.
- Collaborate with regional teams to optimize stock through internal transfers, diversions, and reorders.
- Gather and respond to regional feedback during bi-weekly calls with local merchandising teams to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor production deliveries and work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely collection delivery.
- Manage and follow up on product shipping and deliveries daily.
- Support buying markets by compiling premarket analysis and assisting with master order definition, technical specifications, training documentation, order updates, and post-buying recap analysis.
- Prepare presentations and documents for cross-functional teams.
- Provide support to the team across all daily tasks.
- Currently enrolled in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent studies, eligible for a 6-month curricular internship.
- Strong analytical skills and attitude
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in retail merchandising and the luxury fashion industry is essential.
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
