1. Ensure an efficient and expedited recruitment process for retail positions, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages.
2. Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide coaching to Store Managers on effective feedback techniques.
3. Support the execution of the Retail People Strategy to foster growth and evolution.
4. Collaborate with the training department to facilitate and follow up on training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and career development.
5. Provide support in daily activities related to employees’ life-cycle events, including hiring, onboarding, and people management.
6. Manage administrative HR processes and procedures, ensuring timely updates of employee information within the HR system (Workday).
7. Collaborate in monitoring the HR budget.
8. Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
9. Ensure the effective delivery of core HR processes such as salary reviews, onboarding, and appraisals.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and HR best practices.

1. Proven experience in HR business partnering within the retail sector.
2. Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law in Italy, Greece, and Turkey.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday.
4. Ability to coach and develop management teams.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR business partnering, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
