- Ensure an efficient and expedited recruitment process for retail positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout all stages.
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide coaching to Store Managers on effective feedback techniques.
- Assist the HR Manager in shaping the Retail People Strategy to support business evolution and growth.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Support the HR Manager in daily activities related to the employee life-cycle, including hiring, onboarding, and people management.
- Manage administrative HR processes and procedures, ensuring timely updates of employee information in the HR system (Workday).
- Collaborate in monitoring the HR budget.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
- Ensure the delivery of core HR processes such as salary reviews, onboarding, and appraisals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in HR roles within the retail sector.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and legal requirements in Italy, Greece, and Turkey.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the retail or luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
