1. Ensure an efficient and expedited recruitment process for retail positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout all stages.
2. Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide coaching to Store Managers on effective feedback techniques.
3. Assist the HR Manager in shaping the Retail People Strategy to support business evolution and growth.
4. Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
5. Support the HR Manager in daily activities related to the employee life-cycle, including hiring, onboarding, and people management.
6. Manage administrative HR processes and procedures, ensuring timely updates of employee information in the HR system (Workday).
7. Collaborate in monitoring the HR budget.
8. Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
9. Ensure the delivery of core HR processes such as salary reviews, onboarding, and appraisals.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and HR best practices.

1. Proven experience in HR roles within the retail sector.
2. Strong understanding of HR processes and legal requirements in Italy, Greece, and Turkey.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
3. Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday.
4. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the retail or luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
