1. Coordinate logistics for retail training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up communications.
2. Maintain and update the training calendar and library, ensuring accessibility and currency of resources.
3. Monitor and report on training performance, including completion rates and survey management.
4. Assist in CRM report production and analysis to support client engagement initiatives.
5. Coordinate materials and provide administrative support for seasonal projects and in-store activations.
6. Support email marketing and CRM operations, including data accuracy and troubleshooting.
7. Manage logistics for Fashion Shows and seasonal collection presentations, ensuring seamless stakeholder communication.
8. Coordinate event-related tasks with the Residence Manager, including vendor coordination.
9. Oversee gifting inventory and ensure appropriate client segmentation.
10. Maintain and update client lists and create resources for upcoming activations.

1. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and communication skills.
4. Positive, proactive, and adaptable with a strong sense of initiative.
5. Collaborative with the ability to build alignment across departments.

Salary range of $22.00-24.00/hr, with overtime eligibility and discretionary bonus.
