1. Coordinate logistics for retail training sessions, including scheduling, materials, and follow-up communications.
2. Maintain and update training calendars and libraries, ensuring accessibility and currency of materials.
3. Monitor training performance through completion tracking and report generation.
4. Assist in CRM activities, including report production, client engagement initiatives, and data accuracy maintenance.
5. Coordinate logistics for private client events, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
6. Manage gifting inventory and update client lists regularly.

1. Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL is advantageous.

Salary range of $22.00-24.00/hr, plus overtime eligibility and discretionary bonus.
