1. Analyze store performance to support flagship and area managers, aligning with merchandising and client engagement teams.
2. Collaborate with the Retail Excellence & Operations Manager to design sales incentive programs using data analytics.
3. Utilize Power BI and other sales systems to extract and analyze sales data, reporting on KPIs, sales trends, and strategic actions.
4. Support retail projects, such as pop-ups, by providing data-driven insights.

1. Minimum of 6 years in retail business, with luxury retail experience preferred.
2. Proficiency in sales data analytics.
3. Strong commercial awareness and retail business acumen.
4. Excellent comprehension skills.
5. Fluency in Japanese and English.
