1. Collaborate with senior management to define and support the overarching business strategy to maximize sales potential and enhance business performance.
2. Formulate and lead action plans across various functions, including Retail Store, Retail Excellence & Operations, Retail Training, Business Planning, and Travel Retail, to achieve optimal company results.
3. Oversee decision-making and provide strategic direction for Retail functions in Japan and Guam.
4. Identify and diagnose problems, develop action plans, and manage the implementation of effective solutions.
5. Coordinate with teams to maintain high efficiency across various functions.
6. Lead, coach, and develop the retail team, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.

1. Minimum of 10 years' experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
3. Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
2. Fluency in Japanese and English.
3. Ability to travel within the region.

A minimum of 10 years in retail management, with a preference for experience in the luxury retail industry.
