Bottega Veneta Retail Business Analysis and Controlling Intern

1. Support development of business analyses, periodic reports and strategic insights for the General Manager and Retail Manager for the Southern Europe region.
2. Analyse Retail KPIs and store performance to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.
3. Participate in cross‑functional projects and prepare strategic materials to inform regional decision‑making and business reviews.
4. Prepare periodical financial reporting and ad hoc analyses (e.g., AML monitoring, delivery cost analysis).
5. Assist with timely and accurate financial closing and the budgeting process.
6. Support management of the purchase order process within the company’s financial systems.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Management or a related field.
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
4. Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
