Bottega Veneta Regional FP&A Manager

- Lead and prepare the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the region in collaboration with the APAC CFO, ensuring alignment with APAC and HQ deadlines.
- Provide detailed financial and variance analysis by country and sub-region.
- Partner with sub-regional leadership teams to evaluate business performance.
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly management reports and respond to ad-hoc requests.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, offering actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure alignment between sub-regional and HQ finance teams.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and commercial teams to enhance data accuracy and financial visibility.
- Support strategic planning initiatives, including long-term financial planning.
- Degree in Accountancy; CPA or CA preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A and regional business partnership.
- Strong experience in regional financial consolidation preferred.
- Advanced financial modeling capabilities.
- Proficiency in Hyperion Enterprise, HFM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, SAP, and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Think-cell.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to influence senior regional stakeholders.
- Resilience and ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on regional business partnership and financial consolidation.
Degree in Accountancy; CPA or CA preferred.
