1. Develop and implement costing strategies to achieve optimal quality-cost ratios, supporting design processes with technical finishes and market benchmarks.
2. Manage production cycles and pre-industrialization processes, collaborating with internal ateliers and external suppliers.
3. Conduct cost analysis and cost-reduction initiatives to identify optimization opportunities across workflows.
4. Collect and analyze data on pricing, collection evolution, and timelines to prepare reports that enhance processes.
5. Coordinate with the RTW Industrial team to monitor cost evolution based on production decisions, in collaboration with the industrialization and quality teams.

1. 3-5 years of experience in production costing, time and methods, with technical skills in RTW products.
2. Knowledge of fashion products and a strong analytical aptitude.
3. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
4. Attention to detail, dynamism, and proactivity.
5. Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), PLM, and Stealth3k.
2. Good command of the English language.
3. Familiarity with all clothing categories: fabric, knitwear, leather, and accessories.

3-5 years of experience in production costing, time and methods, with technical skills in RTW products.
