Ready-to-Wear Costing Specialist

1. Develop and implement costing strategies to achieve optimal quality-cost ratio.
2. Manage production cycles and pre-industrialization processes in collaboration with internal ateliers and external suppliers.
3. Conduct cost analysis and cost reduction initiatives to optimize workflow.
4. Collect and analyze data related to pricing and collection evolution to improve processes.
5. Coordinate with the Ready-to-Wear Industrial team to monitor product cost evolution.

1. 3-5 years of experience in production costing, time, and methods.
2. Knowledge of ready-to-wear products and passion for fashion.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
5. Teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and PLM and Stealth3k.
7. Good command of the English language.
8. Willingness to travel frequently to Milan HQ and suppliers.
9. Knowledge of all clothing categories: fabric, knitwear, leather, and accessories.
