Bottega Veneta Ready-to-Wear Costing Specialist

- Develop and implement costing strategies to achieve optimal quality-cost ratios, supporting design processes with technical finishes and market benchmarks.
- Manage production cycles and pre-industrialization processes, collaborating with internal ateliers and external suppliers.
- Conduct cost analysis and cost-reduction initiatives to identify optimization opportunities across workflows.
- Collect and analyze data on pricing, collection evolution, and timelines to prepare reports that enhance processes.
- Coordinate with the RTW Industrial team to monitor cost evolution based on production decisions, in collaboration with the industrialization and quality teams.
- 3-5 years of experience in production costing, time and methods, with technical skills in RTW products.
- Knowledge of fashion products and a strong analytical aptitude.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail, dynamism, and proactivity.
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), PLM, and Stealth3k.
- Good command of the English language.
- Familiarity with all clothing categories: fabric, knitwear, leather, and accessories.
3-5 years of experience in production costing, time and methods, with technical skills in RTW products.
