Bottega Veneta Product Development Assistant

1. Code models, compile bills of materials, and transfer information to suppliers.
2. Process data related to prototype development and bills of materials.
3. Manage the PLM system, including data entry, amendments, and updates.
4. Support the Design team by managing requests and updating the collection board.
5. Participate in meetings with external suppliers to address garment defects and manage supplier packages.
6. Manage prototype orders between the PD office and external suppliers.
7. Assist during production fittings.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in product development within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access, as well as Stealth and PLM information systems.
2. Agile mindset with excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
3. Strong relationship management skills with design and merchandising teams.
4. Passion for product design and development.

At least 1 year of experience in product development within the luxury fashion industry is required.
