Bottega Veneta Private Client Intern

1. Assist the Private Client Director with event planning and execution to enhance client engagement.
2. Manage daily priorities for the Private Client Director, including scheduling and project coordination.
3. Contribute to the development of proposals and recaps for brand partnerships and events.
4. Participate in the on-site execution of brand image and client events in New York City, including occasional evening hours.
5. Facilitate communication with internal teams such as Retail, Marketing, and Merchandising by preparing materials and coordinating updates.
6. Conduct competitive and industry research to identify trends and opportunities for client acquisition and engagement strategies.

1. Must be able to receive academic credit for this internship.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Initiative and self-sufficiency in task execution.
4. Excellent communication and writing skills.
5. Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
6. Flexibility to work in various New York City locations.

No specific prior experience required, but a background in luxury fashion or client services is advantageous.

Must be a student eligible for academic credit.

$16.50 per hour.
