1. Assist the Private Client Director with event preparation and execution to enhance client engagement.
2. Manage daily priorities of the Private Client Director, including scheduling, coordination, and project follow-up.
3. Contribute to the development of proposals and recaps for new brand partnerships and events.
4. Support on-site execution of brand image and client events within the New York City area, including occasional evening hours.
5. Facilitate communication with internal teams such as Retail, Marketing, and Merchandising by preparing materials and coordinating updates.
6. Conduct competitive and industry research to identify trends and opportunities for client acquisition and engagement strategies.

1. Must be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
3. Initiative and self-sufficiency in task execution
4. Excellent communication and writing skills
5. Familiarity with Workday is preferred
6. Flexibility to work in both downtown and uptown locations
7. Availability for 32 hours a week

No specific experience required, but relevant exposure to luxury fashion or client relations is advantageous.

Must be a current student eligible for academic credit.

$16.50 per hour
