1. Strategically recruit and expand the Very Important Client (VIC) portfolio through personalized outreach and tailored experiences.
2. Curate bespoke experiences for clients, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and superior service.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-touch client experience.
4. Proactively anticipate client needs and propose innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
5. Stay informed about luxury market trends and the Palazzo's offerings to enrich client interactions.
6. Maintain regular One-to-One interactions to build trust and loyalty with clients.
7. Nominate and prepare clients for exclusive brand events and experiences.
8. Leverage personal networks to identify and engage with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) prospects.
9. Drive commercial success by converting client relationships into sales, consistently meeting revenue targets.
10. Act as a host at Palazzo Van Axel, embodying hospitality and fostering long-term client relationships.

1. 4-5 years of experience in luxury client development or UHNW client-facing roles.
2. Deep understanding of the luxury market and refined product categories.
3. Strong alignment with brand values, heritage, and aesthetic.

1. Exceptional interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, or Italian is advantageous.

4-5 years in luxury client development or UHNW client-facing roles.
