1. Strategically recruit and expand the Palazzo's Very Important Client (VIC) portfolio through personalized outreach and exceptional service.
2. Curate bespoke experiences tailored to individual client preferences, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to provide impeccable service and a consistent, high-touch experience.
4. Anticipate client needs and offer creative, value-driven solutions that exceed expectations.
5. Stay informed on luxury market trends and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Palazzo's offerings.
6. Maintain consistent One-to-One interactions to deepen trust and loyalty with clients.
7. Nominate and prepare clients for exclusive brand events, including fashion shows and private previews.
8. Leverage personal networks to identify and connect with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) prospects.
9. Drive commercial success by translating client relationships into measurable sales results.
10. Act as a host of the Palazzo, embodying the highest standards of hospitality.

1. Proven experience in luxury client relations or a similar role.
2. Deep understanding of luxury market dynamics.
3. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury client relations or a similar role is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
