- Expand the database of Very Important Clients (VICs) and ensure their engagement and retention.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointment setting, and consignment activities.
- Inform clients about new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude.
- Sustain high levels of product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 7 years of retail sales experience in a customer service role, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Luxury retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
