- Expand and maintain the database of Very Important Clients (VICs) and ensure their engagement and retention.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
- Inform clients about new collection arrivals, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve sales metrics.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, regularly updating and maintaining client profile records.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect among all associates.
- Minimum of 7 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and handle packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
A minimum of 7 years in retail sales, with a focus on customer service, ideally in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $28.00-$30.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime and commission.
