1. Oversee the technical development and industrialization of leather goods, ensuring alignment with stylistic and quality standards.
2. Collaborate with internal departments such as the consumption office and the testing and measurement office to analyze test results and resolve technical quality issues.
3. Select crust leather for various exotic types (e.g., crocodile, alligator, ostrich, tejus lizard) and oversee the finishing process.
4. Manage the cutting process of precious leather materials for production.

1. 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing within the leather goods or tanning industry.
2. Excellent knowledge of exotic leather products and their characteristics.
3. Strong planning and precision skills.
4. Team-oriented with flexibility and strong communication abilities.
5. Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
6. Adaptability and dynamism to thrive in a dynamic and evolving corporate environment.
