1. Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
2. Support management and sales staff through prompt and accurate stock checks and delivery to the sales floor.
3. Maintain stock room standards by organizing merchandise by style, color, and size as directed by Store Management.
4. Execute routine cycle counts and inform management of any inventory discrepancies.
5. Maintain an organized shipping area, ensuring all outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
6. Maximize stock space for efficient accessibility and store functionality.
7. Communicate with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
8. Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
9. Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
10. Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room; experience with international/domestic freight companies is a plus.

1. Ability to execute multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player.
5. High level of accountability and reliability.
6. Basic computer skills, Excel experience preferred.
7. Ability to be mobile/stand for extended periods.
8. Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages up to 20 lbs.

1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment is preferred.
