1. Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries by verifying quantities against documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
2. Support management and sales staff with prompt and accurate stock checks and deliver items to the sales floor as requested.
3. Maintain stock room standards by organizing merchandise by style, color, and size, or as directed by Store Management/Operations Department.
4. Conduct routine cycle counts and report any inventory discrepancies to management.
5. Maintain an organized shipping area, ensuring all outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged following all policies and procedures.
6. Maximize available stock space to ensure merchandise accessibility and store efficiency.
7. Communicate with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
8. Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
9. Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
10. Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment preferred.
2. Previous experience with international/domestic freight companies such as FedEx or UPS is a plus.

1. Ability to execute multiple tasks and manage challenging priorities with strong attention to detail.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player.
5. High level of accountability and reliability with a willingness to accept feedback.
6. Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
7. Ability to be mobile and stand for extended periods.
8. Ability to climb ladders and lift packages up to 20 lbs regularly.

1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment is preferred.
