1. Verify accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, ensuring quantities match documentation for all shipments.
2. Support management and sales staff with quick and accurate stock checks and delivery to the sales floor as needed.
3. Maintain stock room organization by style, color, and size as directed by Store Management.
4. Conduct routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
5. Ensure the shipping area is organized and outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
6. Maximize stock space for efficient access and store functionality.
7. Communicate new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns to management and sales team.
8. Replenish packaging supplies within the boutique.
9. Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
10. Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room preferred.
2. Experience with international/domestic freight companies is advantageous.

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Self-motivated and professional team player.
5. High level of accountability and reliability.
6. Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
7. Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift packages up to 20 lbs.

1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room is preferred. Experience with international/domestic freight companies is a plus.
