Bottega Veneta Part-Time Stock Associate

- Verify accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, ensuring quantities match documentation for all shipments.
- Support management and sales staff with quick and accurate stock checks and delivery to the sales floor as needed.
- Maintain stock room organization by style, color, and size as directed by Store Management.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
- Ensure the shipping area is organized and outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
- Maximize stock space for efficient access and store functionality.
- Communicate new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns to management and sales team.
- Replenish packaging supplies within the boutique.
- Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room preferred.
- Experience with international/domestic freight companies is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and professional team player.
- High level of accountability and reliability.
- Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room is preferred. Experience with international/domestic freight companies is a plus.
