Bottega Veneta Part-Time Stock Associate

- Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying all quantities against documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Support management and sales staff with efficient stock checks and prompt delivery to the sales floor.
- Maintain stock room organization by style, color, and size as directed by Store Management/Operations.
- Execute routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
- Maintain an organized shipping area, ensuring proper packaging and logging of outgoing merchandise.
- Maximize stock space for efficient access and store functionality.
- Communicate timely with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
- Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
- Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room, with experience in international/domestic freight companies preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player.
- High level of accountability and reliability.
- Basic computer skills with Excel experience preferred.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
1-2 years of experience in a highly-complex retail stock room environment is preferred.
Salary range of $21.00-23.00/hr, plus overtime eligibility.
