1. Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
2. Support management and sales staff with prompt and precise stock checks and delivery to the sales floor.
3. Maintain stock room organization by style, color, and size as directed by Store Management or Operations Department.
4. Conduct routine cycle counts and report any inventory discrepancies to management.
5. Organize the shipping area, ensuring outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged according to policies and procedures.
6. Maximize stock space for easy access and efficient store operations.
7. Communicate with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
8. Replenish packaging supplies within the boutique.
9. Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
10. Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room, with experience in international/domestic freight companies preferred.

1. Ability to execute multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Self-motivated and professional team player.
5. High level of accountability and reliability.
6. Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
7. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.

1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment is preferred.
