1. Assist in daily packaging production planning activities, including purchase order entry, needs calculation, procurement planning, and MRP analysis.
2. Engage in daily communication with business units, manufacturers, and raw material suppliers.
3. Monitor production status regularly.
4. Support the development of management and reporting systems to enhance performance and departmental coordination.
5. Provide general support to the team in daily activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management or Economics.
2. Proficiency in English.

1. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Familiarity with business management software such as AS400, STEALTH3000, QLIKVIEW, and PLM is preferred.
3. Ability to work proactively and independently on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a cooperative approach.
5. Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy and abroad.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with packaging production planning and related software is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management or Economics.
