1. Ensure efficient warehouse operations by developing and implementing effective goods storage systems, balancing business urgency with proper planning.
2. Supervise inventory and oversee Stock Associates to prevent losses.
3. Oversee payment procedures, manage Cashiers, and assist in resolving payment issues.
4. Handle administrative tasks such as petty cash management and bank deposits.
5. Ensure boutique operations run smoothly by managing non-merchandise supplies and coordinating with the Facilities office for maintenance and cleaning.
6. Coordinate with the Operations Office at headquarters to manage and supervise all operational procedures.
7. Monitor after-sales, before-sales, and product return processes.
8. Manage staff clothing allowance cases.

Previous experience in operations management or a supervisory role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.

Salary range of $29.00-31.00 per hour, plus overtime.
