Bottega Veneta Operations Supervisor

- Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
- Support management and sales staff with timely stock checks and delivery to the sales floor.
- Maintain stock room organization by style, color, and size as directed by management.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
- Organize the shipping area, ensuring proper packaging and logging of outgoing merchandise.
- Maximize stock space for easy access and efficient store functionality.
- Communicate with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
- Replenish packaging supplies within the boutique.
- Train new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.
- Supervise payment procedures and manage cashier activities, assisting with problem resolution when necessary.
- Oversee administration activities such as petty cash and bank deposits.
- Ensure efficient boutique operations, managing non-merchandise supplies and coordinating with the Facilities office for maintenance.
- Coordinate with HQ Operations Office to manage and supervise operational procedures.
- Monitor after-sales, before-sales, and product return processes.
- Manage staff clothing allowance cases.
- 2-4 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment.
- Experience with international/domestic freight companies is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and professional team player.
- High level of accountability and reliability.
- Basic computer skills with Excel experience preferred.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
2-4 years of experience in a highly-complex retail stock room environment is preferred.
Salary range of $30.00-32.00/hr with overtime eligibility.
