1. Ensure efficient warehouse operations by developing and implementing effective goods storage systems.
2. Balance business dynamics with proper activity planning.
3. Supervise inventory management and oversee Stock Associates to prevent losses.
4. Oversee payment procedures and manage Cashiers, assisting with problem resolution when necessary.
5. Handle administrative tasks such as petty cash and bank deposits.
6. Maintain boutique operations by managing non-merchandise supplies and coordinating with the Facilities office for maintenance and cleaning.
7. Coordinate with the Operations Office at headquarters to manage operational procedures.
8. Monitor after-sales, pre-sales, and product return processes.
9. Manage staff clothing allowances.

Salary range of $23.00-25.00/hr plus overtime
