1. Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures and support efficient, cost-effective store operations in collaboration with the Store Director.
2. Maintain compliance with operational policies and procedures, liaising with Retail Operations, Loss Prevention, Sales Audit, Inventory Control, Finance, Treasury, Human Resources, and Architecture/Facilities teams.
3. Facilitate store maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external vendors and escalating issues as necessary.
4. Execute routine inventory cycle counts, address discrepancies, and ensure accurate merchandise and supply deliveries.
5. Manage in-store operations and stock positions to ensure efficient processes and communication.
6. Develop and coach the direct team, focusing on succession planning and ongoing development.
7. Support the rollout and training of retail applications and system updates.
8. Conduct regular audits of store equipment and procedures to minimize loss and ensure compliance.
9. Oversee the annual physical inventory process, minimizing disruption to daily operations.
10. Cultivate relationships with store operations leads and corporate partners to enhance operational efficiency.
11. Maintain store supply and packaging levels, and manage merchandise repair processes.
12. Ensure PCI compliance and monitor POS and payment-related behaviors.
13. Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and address audit topics.

1. Minimum 5 years of previous retail operational experience

A minimum of five years in retail operations, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Annual base salary range of $85,000-$95,000 USD.
