Bottega Veneta Operations Manager

- Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures and support efficient, cost-effective store operations in collaboration with the Store Director.
- Maintain compliance with operational policies and procedures, liaising with Retail Operations, Loss Prevention, Sales Audit, Inventory Control, Finance, Treasury, Human Resources, and Architecture/Facilities teams.
- Facilitate store maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external vendors and escalating issues as necessary.
- Execute routine inventory cycle counts, address discrepancies, and ensure accurate merchandise and supply deliveries.
- Manage in-store operations and stock positions to ensure efficient processes and communication.
- Develop and coach the direct team, focusing on succession planning and ongoing development.
- Support the rollout and training of retail applications and system updates.
- Conduct regular audits of store equipment and procedures to minimize loss and ensure compliance.
- Oversee the annual physical inventory process, minimizing disruption to daily operations.
- Cultivate relationships with store operations leads and corporate partners to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain store supply and packaging levels, and manage merchandise repair processes.
- Ensure PCI compliance and monitor POS and payment-related behaviors.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and address audit topics.
- Minimum 5 years of previous retail operational experience

A minimum of five years in retail operations, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
Annual base salary range of $85,000-$95,000 USD.
