1. Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures and support efficient store operations.
2. Collaborate with Retail Operations, Loss Prevention, and other departments to ensure compliance with operational policies.
3. Facilitate store maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external vendors as necessary.
4. Execute inventory management tasks, including routine cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
5. Verify accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, addressing any discrepancies.
6. Oversee operations and stock positions to ensure process efficiency and effective communication.
7. Develop and coach direct team members, focusing on succession planning.
8. Support technology rollouts and system updates, conducting training sessions as needed.
9. Conduct regular audits of loss prevention equipment and address any issues.
10. Oversee the annual physical inventory process, ensuring minimal loss and operational disruption.
11. Cultivate relationships with store operations leads and corporate partners to enhance efficiency.
12. Manage store supply and packaging levels, ensuring merchandise repair processes are followed.
13. Ensure PCI compliance and monitor POS and payment-related activities.
14. Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure brand guidelines are observed and audit topics are addressed.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail operational experience.

Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
