- Oversee payment procedures and manage Cashiers, assisting with problem resolution as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as petty cash management and bank deposits.
- Maintain boutique operations, ensuring the team can perform efficiently.
- Manage non-merchandise supplies, including stationery, uniforms, and packaging.
- Collaborate with the Facilities office for maintenance and cleaning operations.
- Coordinate with HQ Operations Office to manage and supervise operational procedures.
- Monitor after-sales, pre-sales, and product return processes.
- Manage staff clothing allowances.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
- Pragmatic and analytical mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking with the ability to identify challenges and act promptly.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
