1. Ensure efficient warehouse operations, implementing effective storage systems and balancing business dynamics with activity planning.
2. Supervise inventory management and oversee Stock Associates to prevent losses.
3. Oversee payment procedures and manage Cashiers, assisting with problem resolution as needed.
4. Handle administrative tasks such as petty cash management and bank deposits.
5. Maintain boutique operations, ensuring the team can perform efficiently.
6. Manage non-merchandise supplies, including stationery, uniforms, and packaging.
7. Collaborate with the Facilities office for maintenance and cleaning operations.
8. Coordinate with HQ Operations Office to manage and supervise operational procedures.
9. Monitor after-sales, pre-sales, and product return processes.
10. Manage staff clothing allowances.

1. 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.

2. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
3. Critical thinking with the ability to identify challenges and act promptly.
4. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
5. Fluency in Spanish and English.

3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
