Bottega Veneta Operations Manager

- Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures across retail locations by collaborating with Regional VPs, Sales Audit, Inventory Control, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Human Resources, Security, Store Planning, Merchandising, and IT.
- Propose and support the implementation of initiatives to enhance store operational efficiency.
- Oversee regional supply orders, including stationery and retail tools, and manage the allocation and receipt of retail uniforms across all stores.
- Monitor uniform and branded packaging inventory levels to ensure seasonal orders meet store needs.
- Oversee monthly cycle counts and manage the annual physical inventory process to ensure loss is below group standards.
- Review and approve stock adjustments performed by stores in a timely manner.
- Plan and manage operational activities related to store openings, closings, and relocations.
- Conduct routine store visits, both in-person and virtually, to ensure stock rooms and storage areas meet company standards.
- Cultivate relationships with Store Management, Operations personnel, and corporate partners to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct operational onboarding and ad hoc training for newly hired Store Management.
- Minimum of 3 years in retail operational management.
- Experience in managing multiple store locations is preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills across all mediums and organizational levels.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in POS and inventory management systems, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
A minimum of three years in retail operational management, with a preference for experience in multi-store management.
Annual base salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 USD.
