Bottega Veneta Operations Assistant

- Maintain an organized back of house and shipping area.
- Handle all types of sale transactions and ensure adequate change in the register.
- Maintain non-merchandise supply including stationery, uniforms, packaging, and refreshments.
- Support store maintenance and cleaning operations.
- Ensure cash wrap is organized and information is up to date, including phone lists and passwords.
- Support the processes of After Sales, Before Sales, and product returns.
- Assist associates with address verifications and verbal credit card authorizations.
- Ensure new merchandise is displayed and labeled appropriately.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving goals set by store management and corporate partners.
- Perform operational functions as directed by management to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- High energy level and team orientation.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work closing shifts at least three times per week, including three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, as well as during annual inventory and the entire holiday season.
Previous experience in retail operations or a similar role is preferred.
Salary range of $24.00-26.00/hr with eligibility for overtime.
