1. Maintain an organized back-of-house and shipping area.
2. Handle all types of sale transactions and ensure adequate change in the register.
3. Maintain non-merchandise supplies such as stationery, uniforms, and packaging.
4. Support store maintenance and cleaning operations.
5. Ensure the cash wrap is organized and information is up-to-date, including phone lists and passwords.
6. Support the processes of After Sales, Before Sales, and product returns.
7. Assist associates with address verifications and verbal credit card authorizations.
8. Ensure new merchandise is displayed and labeled appropriately.
9. Contribute to team efforts by achieving goals set by store management and corporate partners.
10. Perform operational functions to ensure the store meets brand guidelines.
11. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
12. Maintain a respectful and fair environment for all associates.

1. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
2. Availability to work closing shifts at least three times per week, including three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, as well as during annual inventory and the entire holiday season.

Prior experience in retail operations or a similar role is preferred.

Salary range of $24.00-26.00/hr, plus overtime eligibility.
