1. Manage material codification and system data entry.
2. Process prototype and sample orders based on new collection developments.
3. Support direct advancement activities with assigned suppliers using management systems.
4. Collaborate with the development and engineering office to ensure projects are followed through to production.
5. Coordinate with external departments such as administration, warehouse, and production to oversee the procurement process.
6. Prepare specific reports and assist the manager in global production project advancement.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical-economic diplomas.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Familiarity with management systems like AS400 or PLM is preferred.
3. Strong planning and precision skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and dynamic capabilities.
5. Teamwork orientation and problem-solving aptitude.
6. Proficiency in written and spoken English.

No prior experience required, but relevant educational background is necessary.
