1. Manage seasonal buying and assortment planning for Men's Ready-to-Wear and Shoes.
2. Support assortment planning, system uploads, and permanent assortment reviews.
3. Map collections by store to optimize sales opportunities.
4. Manage daily distribution and optimize seasonal sell-through to maximize revenue.
5. Execute stock rebalancing and store-to-store transfers.
6. Monitor shipment status and communicate updates with headquarters and stores.
7. Prepare weekly sales comments and delivery updates, and provide monthly sales analysis, sell-through reports, and business updates for headquarters.
8. Conduct seasonal feedback, competitor analysis, and market requests.
9. Facilitate seasonal collection trainings, Mix & Match workshops, and in-store coaching for Men's Ready-to-Wear and Shoes to strengthen team capability and sales results.

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in merchandising or buying, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Strong knowledge of Men's Ready-to-Wear clients and fashion market trends.
3. Proven ability to analyze data and translate into business actions.
4. Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with POS/ERP systems.
2. Detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven, with the ability to work independently.

A minimum of 5 years in merchandising or buying, with a preference for experience in the luxury fashion sector.
