1. Oversee seasonal buying for ready-to-wear and shoes, including order support and system uploads during buying campaigns.
2. Conduct permanent assortment reviews and store mapping per season.
3. Manage daily distribution by seasonal collection mapping and oversee sell-through by store.
4. Execute weekly store-to-store stock transfers and markdown stock allocations.
5. Monitor inventory levels, request stock replenishments, and manage ICT at a worldwide level.
6. Set monthly sales focus and conduct store visits to analyze sales trends and plan promotions.
7. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on product launches and monthly floor sets.
8. Develop merchandising plans and allocations for store openings and seasonal events.
9. Provide seasonal merchandising feedback, conduct competitor price surveys, and share sales strategies with store teams.
10. Update sell-through reports and conduct monthly sales analyses for business updates.
11. Conduct weekly sales commentary, delivery status updates, and seasonal collection training.
12. Partner with cross-functional teams and conduct store visits with the corporate team.

1. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Experience within a luxury brand environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Logical and orderly thinking ability.
3. Experience with POS and ERP systems.

6. Strong determination to meet deadlines.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a fashion merchandising or buying role with an international fashion or luxury brand.
