1. Support the General Merchandise Manager and Merchandising Assistant Manager in executing all merchandising functions.
2. Manage sales, seasonal buying, inventory, product delivery, and product training for Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, Jewelry, and Eyewear.
3. Identify sales opportunities and propose strategic actions to enhance business performance.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and inventory management.
5. Conduct product training sessions to enhance team knowledge and performance.

1. Proven experience in merchandising, particularly in Ready-to-Wear and Shoes.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify sales trends and opportunities.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
