- Plan and execute all merchandising functions for Men's Leather goods and related categories, including sales management, seasonal buying, inventory control, product delivery, and training.
- Collaborate with Women's Leather goods team to support overall Leather goods business.
- Identify sales opportunities and propose strategic actions to enhance the Men's business.
- Set store clusters by category for Men's Leather goods and provide feedback to headquarters.
- Oversee seasonal buying processes in Milan and manage collection orders and uploads during buying campaigns.
- Review and map permanent assortments by store each season.
- Rebalance stock and manage weekly store-to-store transfers and daily distribution by seasonal collection mapping.
- Oversee markdown stock allocation and inventory management, including shipment checks and stock replenishment requests.
- Support stores through monthly focus setting, sales trend analysis, and sales promotion planning.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team on product launches and monthly floor-sets.
- Conduct seasonal collection training and maintain regular communication with headquarters merchandising team.
- Provide merchandising feedback, conduct competitor price surveys, and share sales strategies with store teams.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum of 8 years of merchandising experience.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven with a flexible and positive mindset.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strategic-minded with strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Logical and orderly thinking ability.
- Experience with POS and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong determination to meet deadlines.
A minimum of 8 years in fashion merchandising or buying roles, preferably with international fashion or luxury brand companies, with experience in Men's department buying.
