- Manage merchandising assortment based on stock on hand (SOH) levels, delivery schedules, allocation, and market demands.
- Conduct product analysis per market, identifying best sellers, slow movers, and providing feedback on new products and craftsmanship.
- Generate weekly sales reports and seasonal sell-through reports.
- Oversee daily and weekly replenishment processes, including generating sales reports and checking stock availability.
- Consolidate weekly regional customer requests for corporate sourcing.
- Create price events for price changes and seasonal markdowns in various markets.
- Conduct competitor price surveys and comparisons.
- Generate stock on hand and sales reports for visual merchandising purposes.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
- Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience, particularly in buying within a luxury fashion environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand current market trends in Southeast Asia.
- Precision, strong time management, and organizational skills.
- High availability and responsiveness.
Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in merchandising, with a focus on buying within the luxury fashion sector.
