- Manage merchandising assortment in alignment with stock-on-hand levels, delivery schedules, allocation, and market demands.
- Conduct product analysis for each market, identifying best sellers, slow movers, and providing feedback on new products and craftsmanship.
- Generate weekly sales reports and seasonal sell-through reports to track performance.
- Oversee daily and weekly replenishment processes, ensuring stock availability and effective allocation.
- Consolidate weekly regional customer requests for corporate sourcing.
- Create price events for price changes and seasonal markdowns using JDA for Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
- Conduct competitor price surveys and comparisons.
- Generate stock-on-hand and sales reports for visual merchandising purposes.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
- Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience, particularly in buying within a luxury fashion environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand current market trends in Southeast Asia.
- Precision, strong time management, and organizational skills.
- High availability and responsiveness.
Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience, especially in buying within a luxury fashion environment.
