1. Support the Outlet Channel business in achieving financial objectives by collaborating with regional teams and contributing to the development of monthly action plans.
2. Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports on business performance across all categories and regions, monitoring key performance indicators such as sales, stock levels, months of coverage, and sales forecasts.
3. Support the weekly distribution process from the central warehouse to outlets.
4. Provide ongoing assistance to regional teams in their daily operations and activities.
5. Assist the team with cross-functional activities and projects.

1. Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.

1. Excellent knowledge and use of Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong aptitude for analytical tools.
2. Organizational skills, target focus, team building, relational ability, and problem-solving skills.
3. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in merchandising planning, financial control or planning, business development, or as an analyst is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
