- Support the definition of the collection merchandising brief for men's shoes.
- Assist in building the collection plan and defining the offer structure, collaborating with product teams during collection development.
- Conduct benchmark and competitor analysis, staying informed on fashion industry trends and news.
- Aid in defining the pricing architecture to meet margin targets and ensure collection consistency against carry-over and competitors.
- Perform sales analysis and create comprehensive visual reports.
- Collaborate with the production team, monitoring deliveries and industrialization changes.
- Manage sales campaign activities, including collection files, look lists, digital selling tools, and sample management.
- Prepare and conduct training activities, from showroom to seasonal collection training in-store, explaining collection inspiration and product strategy.
- Work with the retail merchandising team to ensure continuous market feedback and identify specific opportunities and trends.
- Minimum 2 years of merchandising experience with an established luxury brand.
- Previous experience in a similar product category (shoes, leather goods, small leather goods).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
- Strong product and market awareness.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 2 years of merchandising experience within an established luxury brand, with a focus on shoes, leather goods, or small leather goods.
