- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements on a global scale, including image rights agreements, music and creative production contracts, co-branding and licensing agreements, and sponsorship and cultural collaboration agreements.
- Assisting with legal assessments of intellectual property rights across various projects and managing necessary rights clearance processes.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate contract execution and project delivery.
- Demonstrating interest in Legal Operations initiatives, including AI-driven tools to support innovation.
- Qualified lawyer with a law degree and license to practice.
- 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Experience in contract drafting and negotiation in both English and Italian.
- Knowledge of IP law, particularly copyright and trademark licensing.
- Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and attention to detail.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset.
