1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements on a global scale, including image rights agreements, music and creative production contracts, co-branding and licensing agreements, and sponsorship and cultural collaboration agreements.
2. Assisting with legal assessments of intellectual property rights across various projects and managing necessary rights clearance processes.
3. Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate contract execution and project delivery.
4. Demonstrating interest in Legal Operations initiatives, including AI-driven tools to support innovation.

1. Qualified lawyer with a law degree and license to practice.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.

1. Experience in contract drafting and negotiation in both English and Italian.
2. Knowledge of IP law, particularly copyright and trademark licensing.
3. Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and attention to detail.
4. A proactive and collaborative mindset.
