1. Conduct extensive creative research and source materials and components for leather goods.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Leather Goods Design team, Product Development team, Atelier, and Merchandising to develop successful collections.
3. Work closely with other design team members to ensure cohesive collections within deadlines.
4. Collaborate with technical teams on all aspects of fit.
5. Oversee design boards, ensuring timely completion and adherence to calendar deadlines.
6. Create and deliver product presentations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of design experience in leather goods.
2. Graduation from a Fashion Design School.
3. Technical knowledge of leather goods design and product development processes.

1. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
4. Exceptional taste level and brand awareness.
5. Strong sense of color and materials.
6. Proficient sketching skills.
7. Detail-oriented and rigorous.
8. Fluency in English; Italian language skills are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in leather goods design is required.

Degree from a Fashion Design School.
