1. Support the organization and operational management of the Accademia Labor et Ingenium, contributing to the planning and delivery of its educational programs.
2. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for employees across the Veneto sites.
3. Manage logistics and administration of learning activities, including scheduling sessions, managing attendance, and preparing materials.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure smooth delivery of learning initiatives.
5. Monitor and track training participation and feedback, contributing to reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
6. Maintain and update learning management systems and internal documentation.
7. Coordinate and monitor the execution of mandatory training campaigns required by the Kering Group, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
8. Support the management of interprofessional training funds, including administrative processes, project tracking, and reporting.
9. Assist in managing the learning budget, including cost tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting in collaboration with HR and Finance teams.
10. Organize people engagement events and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

1. 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field.
2. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
3. Effective communication and collaboration with diverse departments.
4. Proactive and curious mindset with a genuine passion for learning and people development.

1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field.
