1. Support the team in daily allocation and distribution activities.
2. Consolidate shipments to optimize warehouse capabilities.
3. Collaborate with worldwide wholesale teams to collect commercial requests.
4. Support in the analysis and resolution of delivery issues, monitoring pending shipments.
5. Conduct weekly analysis related to wholesale distribution.
6. Review and recommend improvements to current assignment and distribution parameters.
7. Provide assistance to merchandising, supply chain, customer service, warehouses, and IT when needed.
8. Coordinate with the function manager to meet customer demands.
9. Develop continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity, and tool availability.

1. Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
2. Previous experience in supply chain, merchandising planning, financial control or planning, business development, or as an analyst is a plus.

1. Passion for numbers and luxury products.
2. Strong relational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
3. Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel).
4. Knowledge of SAP (ERP software).
5. Fluent in English.

Previous experience in supply chain, merchandising planning, financial control or planning, business development, or as an analyst is a plus.
