1. Manage assistance requests from Regional Customer Service, Stores, and Customer Care.
2. Oversee the progress of orders and work related to the repair of customer-owned and Bottega Veneta store merchandise.
3. Monitor the status of repairs with third-party suppliers.
4. Support the IT team in the development and follow-up of After Sales projects.
5. Create reports concerning returns.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering or related Economic fields.
2. 1-3 years of experience in similar roles.
3. Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Knowledge of AS400 and Stealth 3000 systems (Qlickview reporting knowledge is a plus).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Teamwork and adaptability.
5. Attention to detail and precision.

1-3 years of experience in similar roles within the luxury fashion or related industries.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering or related Economic fields.
